How to Use:

1) Remove the Wormwood Moxa Bar from its packaging

2) Ignite Moxa Bar fully around one end using a lighter

3) Blow lightly around the end of the stick to be sure that it is well lit.

4) Position the Lighted end of the Moxa Bar approximately 10-30mm above the intended warming point. You may find it beneficial to use your hand to stabilize against the area, ensuring an even distance is maintained to prevent any direct contact with the skin

5) Allow the gentle warmth to penetrate until the skin turns red.

6)Point the stick towards the area until you feel a light heat. Then, gently circle around the region or move up and down along it, regulating the speed and distance to sustain a consistent, yet comfortable warming sensation. Repeat this process for 1-2 minutes per point. You may observe a reddening of the skin surrounding the area.

7)Following each application, ensure to gently tap off any residual ash into the container before moving on to the next area. If you think that the moxa bar has cooled down, confirm by holding it approximately 1 inch away from the back of your hand. If no warmth is detected, relight the bar as needed. *Don't touch the lighted end of a moxa bar even if it no longer appears to be glowing. 

8) Upon completion, carefully extinguish the moxa bar by burying the tip in sand within the container. Allow it to remain submerged for at least 10 minutes to ensure complete extinguishment. Alternatively, for shorter sticks, place them into a glass jar filled with dry rice. When the lid is securely fastened, the moxa is deprived of oxygen, preventing

Please double-check the accuracy of the delivery address, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong location.

For orders within the UK weighing less than 1kg, we use the Royal Mail Tracked 24-hour service. For items up to 20kg, we opt for DPD service. Upon dispatch, we'll provide a tracking number for your convenience, allowing you to monitor your delivery via their respective websites. For SMS tracking updates, please ensure you provide a mobile phone number.

During the Checkout Process our website will calculate which delivery method(s) is or are available to your order, and you will be able to choose which option to use when more than one delivery service is available.
