Return Policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day returns policy, starting from the day you receive your order. We will only accept returned goods if they are in their original, unaltered condition.

To initiate a return, please obtain an authorization code from us by contacting us via inbox, email (orders@herbprime.com) or call us at +44 (0)161 877 2382. We will evaluate your return request based on the information provided.

Please be aware that items returned without prior authorization will not be considered for a return.

Returned goods must be in their original, sold condition.

Buyer must arrange for goods to be returned. 

Refunds

Provided that goods have been returned within the stated returns policy and are in their original condition, we can issue a refund or provide a credit note.

Refunded amounts will match the purchase price of the product at the time of the order.

The buyer is responsible for making arrangements for the return of the goods. Refunds for postage will not be provided; refunds on postage will only be issued in the case of faulty products.

Please allow up to 7 working days for refund processing.


Returns due to Damaged Merchandise

Please report immediately to our office for any damage to good(s) of your order.

Damaged item(s) will be replaced if it is reported to our office within (14) days of delivery.

Customers must obtain authorisation from our office prior to returning the damaged merchandise item(s).

The return cost of posting will be credited into your account or refunded when conditions are met.
